Counseling Services:

Supporting Teens • Adults • Moms • Professionals • Couples

I provide trauma-informed, client-centered counseling for individuals navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, unresolved emotional patterns and relationship concerns. My practice offers a safe, confidential space to explore your experiences, build coping skills, and support lasting emotional wellness.

Brainspotting is available and can be integrated into sessions for those seeking deeper mind–body healing or trauma resolution.

Who I Work With

Adults

Counseling for life transitions, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, low self-worth, boundary struggles, and patterns of people-pleasing or over-functioning.

Moms & Maternal Mental Health

Compassionate support through pregnancy, postpartum, birth trauma, identity shifts, overwhelm, guilt, burnout, and balancing the mental load of parenting. A space to feel grounded, validated, and understood.

Professionals

Support for burnout, workplace stress, compassion fatigue, perfectionism, and difficulty setting boundaries. Therapy helps restore clarity, balance, and sustainable wellbeing.

Brainspotting (Available in Session)

Brainspotting is a powerful, neuroscience-based modality that helps the brain and body process emotional blocks, trauma, overwhelm, and patterns that talking alone cannot fully reach.
It can be incorporated into sessions as needed.
