Trauma-Informed Counseling Services

For Adults, Moms, Professionals, Caretakers & Couples

I provide trauma-informed counseling and psychotherapy for adults and couples seeking emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and sustainable mental wellness. My counseling practice supports individuals navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, unresolved trauma, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. I offer a confidential, grounded, and client-centered therapeutic space where we work together to understand patterns, build emotional resilience, and support long-term wellbeing. This practice is best suited for individuals who are ready for depth-oriented therapy, personal accountability, and meaningful change, not quick fixes or crisis-only care.

Counseling Services I Offer

Individual Therapy for Adults

I provide individual counseling for adults experiencing:

  • Anxiety, chronic stress, and emotional overwhelm

  • Trauma and unresolved emotional patterns

  • Life transitions, identity shifts, and existential concerns

  • Relationship difficulties and attachment wounds

  • Low self-worth, people-pleasing, and boundary challenges

  • Spiritual confusion or loss of meaning

Therapy focuses on understanding why patterns repeat, developing emotional regulation skills, and cultivating clarity, self-trust, and grounded decision-making.

Maternal Mental Health & Therapy for Moms

I offer compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for individuals navigating:

  • Pregnancy and postpartum mental health

  • Birth trauma and medical trauma

  • Identity shifts related to motherhood

  • Mental load, guilt, overwhelm, and burnout

  • Balancing caregiving with personal needs and boundaries

This is a supportive space to slow down, feel understood, and rebuild emotional stability during one of life’s most demanding seasons.

Therapy for Professionals & Caretakers

I work with professionals and caretakers experiencing:

  • Burnout and compassion fatigue

  • Workplace stress and emotional exhaustion

  • Perfectionism and over-functioning

  • Difficulty setting and maintaining boundaries

Therapy helps restore clarity, redefine limits, and create a more sustainable relationship with work, responsibility, and self-care.

Couples Counseling & Relationship Therapy

I provide couples counseling for partners who want to:

  • Improve communication and emotional safety

  • Understand recurring conflict patterns

  • Navigate differences in emotional needs and attachment

  • Strengthen intimacy, trust, and long-term connection

Using systems theory and relational frameworks, couples therapy focuses on awareness, understanding, and growth, rather than blame.

Brainspotting

(Somatic and Body-Based Therapy)

Brainspotting is a neuroscience-based, trauma-informed therapy modality that helps the brain and body process trauma, emotional blocks, chronic stress, and deeply held patterns that may not be fully accessible through talk therapy alone.

Brainspotting is integrated thoughtfully and only when appropriate, guided by your goals, readiness, and nervous system capacity.

My Therapeutic Approach

My counseling approach is:

  • Trauma-informed and attachment-oriented

  • Client-centered, collaborative, and nonjudgmental

  • Culturally sensitive and inclusive

I integrate:

  • Cognitive Therapy

  • Psychoanalytic (Talk Therapy)

  • Brainspotting Therapy (Mind–body and nervous system regulation Therapy)

My goal is to help you understand your emotional and relational patterns, strengthen resilience, and move toward a more grounded, connected version of yourself.

  • Seeking insight-oriented, trauma-informed therapy

  • Ready for personal growth and emotional responsibility
