What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting is a focused, brain-body approach that helps people access and process emotional pain, trauma, anxiety, and patterns that may feel difficult to shift through insight alone. It supports healing by working with the connection between the brain, body, and nervous system. Sometimes we understand what we are feeling but still feel stuck. Brainspotting can help reach deeper emotional experiences that may be held beneath the surface, creating space for release, regulation, and lasting change. In both therapy and coaching, Brainspotting can be used to support greater self-awareness, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and movement through blocks that may be impacting your well-being, relationships, or growth. It offers a deeper way of working that goes beyond words, helping you reconnect with yourself with more clarity, balance, and trust.
