During our work together we will utilize a grounded an integrative, trauma-informed approach that supports emotional healing and personal growth. Our goal is to help women, individuals, and couples better understand their patterns, process what they have been carrying, and create lives that feel more aligned, intentional, and connected. Through therapy, Brainspotting, and coaching, we move beyond surface-level coping toward deeper healing and lasting change.

Meet Yvonne
Yvonne is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who provides a compassionate, relational, and trauma-informed approach to therapy and coaching for women navigating anxiety, burnout, postpartum changes, and life transitions. Her work supports women in moving from emotional overwhelm and self-doubt toward greater clarity, emotional regulation, and self-trust. Through a thoughtful and integrative approach, Yvonne helps clients better understand their patterns, build healthier boundaries, and reconnect with themselves in a more grounded and intentional way. In addition to her clinical training, Yvonne brings the lived experience of being a wife and mother of three, offering a deeper understanding of the complexities of motherhood, relationships, and the many roles' women carry.
