Integrative Coaching for Women and Highly Sensitive Individuals and Couples Worldwide
Coaching offers a reflective space for women who are seeking greater clarity, alignment, and intentional living. Many women come to coaching during times of transition or when they feel ready to understand themselves more deeply and move forward with greater confidence and purpose. While therapy focuses on healing symptoms and emotional distress, coaching focuses on growth, identity, and creating a life that feels authentic and meaningful. Coaching supports women in reconnecting with their values, strengthening boundaries, and making intentional decisions that align with who they truly are.

My coaching approach is reflective, supportive, and insight oriented. Together we explore patterns, values, and beliefs that influence how you move through life and relationships.

For clients who wish to incorporate spirituality, coaching can also include reflection on faith, meaning, and personal connection with God. The intention of coaching is to help you reconnect with your inner clarity, strengthen self-trust, and create a life that feels aligned and intentional.

Workshops and Growth Experiences
In addition to individual coaching sessions, I offer workshops designed to support deeper self-awareness and personal expansion. Please email info@mindwellnessinstitute.com for availability.

Workshops may focus on themes such as:

Some workshops may incorporate group Brainspotting expansion experiences, which are designed to support deeper reflection and emotional insight within a growth-oriented group setting. Workshops are educational and reflective experiences intended to support personal development and self-understanding.

Coaching services are private pay and are not covered by insurance.
Fees for individual coaching sessions, workshops, and intensives will be discussed during your consultation.

How Coaching Is Different from Therapy
Therapy and coaching can both provide meaningful support, but they serve different purposes.
Therapy focuses on treating emotional distress, mental health symptoms, and trauma. Therapy is a clinical service provided to clients located in Massachusetts. Whereas coaching focuses on personal growth, identity exploration, and intentional life direction. Coaching helps individuals clarify goals, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful change. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
