Welcome!

If you’ve landed here, something in your life may be asking to be felt, processed, or reimagined.

You might be navigating a major life transition, carrying the weight of grief, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or moving through a season of burnout and disconnection.

You may not know exactly what you need yet—only that you’re ready for something to shift. This is that beginning. Here, your emotions are welcome, your story is honored, and your healing unfolds at your own pace. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. You’re here—and that is enough.

What You Can Expect

Therapy is not about quick fixes or surface-level solutions. It’s about cultivating a space where honesty, safety, and transformation can grow.

Together, we’ll create a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and respect. My role is not to push, but to guide—to hold space with care, offer insight, and walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe, grounded, and true.

My Approach

I offer therapy through an integrative, trauma-informed, and relational lens, with a strong emphasis on social justice and community care. I hold a master's degree in social work from Boston University summa cum laude and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Salem State University, where I developed the foundation for my clinical training.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, and Maternal Mental Health Specialist in route of obtaining my PMH-C certification, I use evidence-based, brain- and somatic-based methods that are emotionally attuned and personalized to each client. Through online therapy for individuals and couples' sessions, I support clients in moving from emotional survival toward greater clarity, connection, and resilience. To me, mental wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about coming home to yourself.

Mission

At Mind Wellness Institute, our mission is to meet people where they are, nurture deeper self-awareness, and support the journey back to wholeness. This practice was founded in loving memory of those we’ve lost to suicide—an experience that has touched me personally through the loss of multiple loved ones, including two cherished family members. These losses have deeply shaped my path, fueling my unwavering commitment to mental health advocacy and suicide prevention. I bring an intimate understanding of grief, and with it, a profound dedication to helping others transform pain into purpose. It’s my honor to walk alongside you on your path to healing.

I believe that healing should be a right, not a privilege. My goal is to make compassionate, trauma-informed care more accessible throughout Massachusetts via tele-therapy, personalized intensives, and community education. This is more than therapy—it’s a space grounded in empathy, dignity, and respect for your unique story. Whether you're navigating grief, trauma, or the complexity of simply being human, I hold space for both healing and hope. If you are a suicide loss survivor, please visit www.save.org for additional resources.

Accessibility & Support

I believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. To help make therapy more accessible, I offer a sliding scale fee structure. If cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll explore options together. If I am unable to accommodate you, I will provide referrals to trusted colleagues who may be able to help.

This commitment extends to both clients and practitioners, because healing thrives in spaces of mutual respect.
